I would rather talk about money early and plainly than have it turn into a surprise later. Below you will find how insurance works at my office, our in-house Penny Plan for patients without coverage, Cherry financing if you would like to spread payments out, and how to pay a bill online. Insurance
We are out of network with every insurance plan, and that is on purpose. Joining a network means agreeing in advance to that company's rules about what gets covered. I would rather answer to you than to a contract, so what I recommend comes from what I see in your mouth and what you tell me you want.
Being out of network does not make your insurance useless here. PPO plans generally include out of network benefits, and we file every claim for you so you are not chasing paperwork. Plans like DHMO usually do not cover out of network care at all, and we will tell you plainly if that is what you have rather than let you find out from a bill.
Bring your insurance card to your first visit, or send us a photo of it beforehand, and my front office team will check your benefits and tell you what to expect before we start anything. We file regularly with Delta Dental, Blue Cross Blue Shield, MetLife, Guardian, Cigna, United Healthcare, Humana, and Aetna, among many others. If you have a question about your specific plan, give us a call or send a text and we will look into it for you.
Penny Plan
Penny Plan is a low-cost in-house dental plan offered to patients who do not have any other dental insurance coverage. Comprehensive dental care for you and your family with a discount of 15% off* all additional dental services that are done at CS Family Dentistry. This plan will renew once per year on the anniversary of the day you signed up.

Cherry Financing
