Penny Plan

Penny Plan is a low-cost in-house dental plan offered to patients who do not have any other dental insurance coverage. Comprehensive dental care for you and your family with a discount of 15% off* all additional dental services that are done at CS Family Dentistry. This plan will renew once per year on the anniversary of the day you signed up. 

No waiting periods.

*Cannot be combined with dental insurance or other promotions. Maximum discount of $2,000 per benefit year.

$399.00- Primary Plan 13 years and older

(Includes 2 cleanings, 1 exam, 1 set of X-Rays, and 2 fluoride treatments per benefit year)

$299.00- Preteen Plan 12 years and under

(Includes 2 cleanings, 1 exam, 1 set of X-Rays, and 2 fluoride treatments per benefit year)

$599.00- Perio Plan

(Includes 3 Periodontal maintenance cleanings, 1 exam, 1 set of X-Rays, and 2 fluoride treatments per benefit year)
